Current Body Frame Update

Since the summer, I have put on between 10-15 pounds of quality weight.  My offseason diet has been 85% clean, which isn't bad at all.  My protein intake remains above 300 grams daily.  I have been ingesting a lot more carbs.  Most of them have been complex, depending on the time of day and have been ranging between 300 to 400 grams daily.

With my mind focused on hitting the NPC bodybuilding circuit, my workout plan has remained intense.  I am still having two leg days.  One day focuses on my quads and the other is just hamstrings, but both days I hit my calves as well as my adductors/abductors.  Those are mandatory because I do not want to leave any stone unturned.  With my back workouts, I have my days where I will shoot for density and days where I will focus on separations.  Those workouts have been 2 days density and 1 day separation.  As for the rest, I've been going hard and heavy.

Below are pics up my frame as of today.  I weighed in this morning at 208lbs.

I'm liking my improvements, but it's a long long long road ahead.  Pics will be up at the end of October.

Til Next Time,
