As some of you Sweet Life Fans may have notice, my presence on The Sweet Life has been downsized dramatically. This is not by choice whatsoever, but at times life brings you certain tasks that must take 100 percent of your attention. With that being said, I'm back on schedule with my postings and uncensored commentary of life.
One issue I have been dealing with is my love for bodybuilding. Yes, this sport has its own closet full of skeletons like every other sport, but I'm not taken away by them. In contrary, I embrace them fully. It's the ultimate one player sport in which time is your best friend. You either surpass glory or fail by your own doings. This is the best challenge that I can think of that can scar my name with the greats such as "King" Ronnie Coleman, Flex Wheeler, Shawn Ray, etc.
With that being said, I will be focusing these next 600 plus days on improving my frame to be as sharp as possible. If I can obtain the look that Frank Zane had, I will have struck gold. I will be pushing my body to it's limits and when I fall, I will stand up and go again. I haven't really been this focused in my life. Being a young 26 year old in this sport of bodybuilding, I am looking to be one of the greats.
My progress will be viewable and readable exclusively on The Sweet Life. Jillian and Erica have been awesome in giving me a platform as great as The Sweet Life. I want to thank everyone for their support. I big special shout out to Seth Goldstein (personal trainer at Equinox of Great Neck) who just became a father for the first time. Your knowledge and outlook has kept me straight on target. Plus, the photos on facebook are inspiring as all hell! Much love goes out to you and your wonderful family.
This is @OfficialAlvex starting a journey into the world of bodybuilding.
Until Next Time,
