I must say that after trying UV Coconut Vodka it's officially one of my favorites! I was first given samples at my 9-5 but I haven't been able to find it in any liquor stores in NYC unfortunately. It's not like other coconut flavored vodkas. It has a milky consistency which allows it go down very smoothly and in combination with the Simply Raspberry Lemonade it makes for the perfect refreshing summer drink. Enjoy!
