I'm currently at 204lbs, which is a drop of 6 pounds from the last time we meet. Shedding the weight has been that bad compared to last year, so the experience has been helping. The diet hasn't been too strict, but the meals have definitely shrunk. This upcoming week, the meals will be alot cleaner since I know that it's going to be more difficult to shed the body fat the closer I get to my goal of 190lbs.
My state of mind hasn't fell of track yet. The reason I say yet is because I know the strict diet lead me to be on edge. Meaning always hungry and that leads to the crabbiness. Those who have done competition diets or strict diets for that matter knows who it is. I hope to avoid that by keep my sights on the goal at hand. I know that once I get to where I want to be, it will all be worth it.
