Who am I?....

Determination, dedication, heart and pride are the words that best describe me as a person. I believe without having passion for something you believe in, we have nothing to look forward to. Some people try to live an easy life while others want to shoot for the extra ordinary. That's where I come in. I want to be the dream that comes true.



Sometimes in life you have to roll in dirt before you can run in the grass. I'm a living example of this as well as millions of each other’s. There is nothing wrong with a little hardship. Its just life's way of getting you ready for something better because when you have that something better, you will appreciate it that much more. Yea it isn't the easiest thing in the world, but it is the most rewarding.



I, myself, have a dream of being the best bodybuilder/fitness model known to man. I compete for the first time this past June. I didn't place well, but I gain a ton of confidence knowing that in 13 weeks I went for 231lbs down to 180lbs. If I can do that, anybody can hit their dream.

In these upcoming blogs, I will be giving fitness tips as well as my point of view on life as I see it. I would like to thank the founders of thesweetlifeofJandE for this opportunity. I know this is going to be one hell of a ride. So get that seat belt ready and let's get it cracking! Alvex Out!
