Short On Time

Most people these days, live busy lives.  We might have school to go to, kids to take care of or 2 to 3 jobs at at a time.  With that being said, time is hard pressed.  We barely do things for ourselves, but this doesn't mean we can't get things done.

During my old school workout, I realize that time passed back at a record pace. 40 mins into it, I was already done with back going onto biceps.

With this revelation, I realized that I can do more with less. Yes, I know everyone has a different body response, but that doesn't mean you can't get results with little use of time.  For the busy bodies of the world, try shorting your rest period and keeping a strict time in between sets. This will force your metabolism to stay high resulting in more calories being burn and that will result in body fat being lost.  Also keep in mind that if your looking to drop some holiday pounds, keep your diet intact. That will make life easier. You don't have to starve yourself, just portion everything off.

If it works for me, it can work for you as well. Find a happy medium and blast your IPODs!  Let the good times roll.
